Intro to TT 15/50hr

We are so excited to launch this new format for 2026. Starting this October, Mariza will guide you through 15 hrs of live online workshops covering anatomy, philosophy, yin yoga and the breath. To upgrade to 50 hours of learning, you are invited to Chamonix to take part in the first 3 days of Teacher Training, from November 5-8. An additional cost of £325 will be applied for those wishing to come to Chamonix

Each online session will be 3 hours, incorporating an introduction to each of our themes, followed by a guided practice with Mariza. This course can be taken as part of Teacher Training or as a stand alone course for anyone wanting to go deeper into the physical practice and experience more knowledge than 60 minute yoga classes alone can provide.

For those wanting to dive in to the full 200 hour qualification - along side the live online, there will be weekly live yoga sessions, pre records focusing on specific elements of anatomy, sequencing or asana, recommendations for gentle reading, and some recommended podcasts, before we go live in Chamonix this November (these hours combined get you to 25hrs total pre course work)
