I'm so delighted to introduce our 200 hour Yin Yang Yoga Training Course, in a brand new format for 2026. Giving you the opportunity to train with our experienced teachers, in a spectacular location at the foot of Mont Blanc AND learn online. Our online sessions and library mean you get the support you need, far beyond the end date of the course and allows you to fit the course around your current schedule.

With over 20 years of teaching experience, 12 years training Yoga Teachers and 300 graduates across 20 groups, this training is the heart of my work.

Myself & Manon Charon have come together to offer an inspiring and in-depth training programme designed to advance both your teaching skills and personal practice in Vinyasa and Yin Yoga styles.
What we offer on this Yoga Teacher Training course isn't about memorising sequences or chasing poses. It's a process of unlearning, discovering who you are, what your message is and how to share your Dharma with confidence.
You'll grow in a community that supports transformation in an emotional, physical and deeply personal way.

Run over 16 in-person days (plus additional online learning), this course aims to deliver practical skills in teaching both Vinyasa and Yin Yoga and how to incorporate elements of Yin into regular vinyasa classes. Our request is that each student show up willing to grow, change and open to the possibility of finding ones true dharma or purpose in life.

I would love you to join us in Chamonix this April, so that you can become the teacher you were meant to be.
