My Retreats are spacious, nourishing and designed for reconnection. This could be with your breath, your body, stillness or the version of you that's waiting on the other side of pause.
Join weekly online Yoga classes or in-person classes in Chamonix & Geneva. I offer Zoom classes on Fridays at 9.00am CET and replays are available if you can't make it live.
